CURB SIDE PICK UP ONLY AS PER THE REGULATIONS FROM THE PROVINCE

MOTHER'SDAY (WEEK)--- PLEASE READ!

MAY 3RD, 2021- MAY 8TH, 2021

Due to restrictions in place Province wide, we strongly encourage you to place your orders either online or via phone for flowers and gift baskets no later than May 3rd, 2021 to ensure your order is fulfilled for Mother's Day or we may not be able to fulfil your specific requests.

We have put together our "Mother's Day" page for easy ordering, this page has selections of items that we are expected to have on hand for Mother's Day and we would strongly encourage your selections to be from this page, should you want other types of arrangements or gift baskets we would ask that you call us directly (905-277-1246) to assure we can fulfil your order.

Keep in mind that all orders placed via website are for delivery or pickup FOR THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, there are NO SAME DAY ORDERS. 

Any orders placed on May 7th, 2021 may not be able to be fulfilled in time for May 8th, 2021 (Mother's Day).

For our your safety and ours, we encourage you to opt for the DELIVERY option rather than curb side pick up to minimize contact. 

We also do not know what the province may  announce or if they will change the "okay" for curb side pick up, this way we can ensure we have a delivery slot booked for your delivery. We are offering reduced rates for delivery. 

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee specific times for deliveries during this week as we have an abundance of no-contact deliveries and our drivers have to take extra precautions with sanitation between each delivery. 

SUBSTITUTIONS may very well be required as we only have access to limited items during this time. Should they be required, we will substitute with items of the same likeliness and equal or greater value in order to assure your satisfaction.

M.A.K Flowers & Gifts understands that you depend on M.A.K. to share a part in the special moments in your lives and we are trying our best to accommodate you and keep everyone safe.  During this time, we have changed how we operate slightly, please note the changes:

• NO PICK UPS OR WALK INS during these hours

      4:00PM-6:00PM

SATURDAY:

 PHYSICAL DISTANCING  

Our shop is small, to assure physical distancing, we would prefer that you utilize these methods:

• Phone or Online Orders
• Curb Side Pick Up
• No Contact Delivery
• Preferred method of payment: Online, Debit or Credit

to avoid "walk ins". However, if permitted by the City By-Laws, should you wish to visit us inside the store, we would ask that you follow the recommended protocols in place by the City and we ask that you follow the allowed capacity limit, keep 6 feet (2 Meters) apart from staff and other customers and wear the proper face covering.

If you are feeling ill, or have travelled, we ask that you stay home and utilize our "Order Online" option and we would be more than happy to deliver your gift via no contact delivery, to you or your loved ones.

 DELIVERY 

We are offering no contact delivery at lower costs; driver will call recipient prior to delivery and arrange for their gifts to be left on front porch or at their door. 

SUBSTITUTIONS  

Due to the current situation happening all across the globe. We are experiencing shipping delays and product inaccessibility of certain flowers and foliage to our location. This may result in substitution of items you have chosen. If required, we will substitute with flowers or foliage of the same likeliness and equal or greater value to assure satisfaction.
