As much as we loved seeing our customers and being surrounded by our community, we've made this decision with you in mind. This adjustment will help us battle the constant inflation, and allow us to provide you with the same exceptional floral and gift basket creations and keep our pricing as it has been.

ALL ONLINE ORDERS are for NEXT business day, or other date after!
SAME DAY ORDERS are possible in most cases, delivery after 4:00pm, however they can only be fulfilled when placing your order via telephone with us (905) 277-1246.
Typically, our deliveries are delivered any time during the day until 8:00pm. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time but always do our best to accommodate all delivery requests!
Remember to make your request in the Additional Information section when placing your order online and we will work hard to try to accommodate your request.
We strongly encourage all customers to assure the recipient will be home, or at least provide contact information for them.
In the instances that the delivery location is not too far from us, to assure our standard of quality, the gift would be brought back and delivery would be attempted one more time (second attempt not guaranteed for same day).
If the delivery is too far from us, to reattempt delivery, the gift will be placed in the most secure location at the delivery address, this may include front porch, neighbour etc.

Hey, mistakes happen, we’d be happy to help! Please have your order number ready and let us know, by telephone, 905-277-1246, as soon as you notice the error so we can fix it before your it is picked up or goes out for delivery.

Please note that any cancellations must be made the DAY PRIOR to pick up/delivery for a full refund. In some cases, cancellations may not be possible.
Cancellation requests must be made by by telephone (905) 277-1246. We recommend contacting us as soon as you can to see if cancellation or alternate accommodations for your order are achievable.
With reasonable notice, we can accommodate order cancellations immediately upon request.
Purchase refunds will be made on our end within 1 business day, however depending on your method of payment, it may take up to 14 business days for you to see the refund.
We can also provide you with a store credit for use on our next order with us!

When paying online, your method of payment is secured through the integrated checkout. Any payment information received over the phone is destroyed after successful payment and not stored.
We always try our best to have the end result of the product look as close as possible to the gift you have chosen.
However, Sometimes it’s necessary to substitute flowers due to variations in supply. No need to worry, we will always provide the same or greater quality and value of the flowers/gifts and keep a close eye to make sure we can keep the changes in the same colour scheme, look or feel as what you chose.
In most cases, if time allows, we will contact you to advise of the substitutions we need to make, but in some instances, you will need to trust our professional judgement.

To assure we get the best blooms, we order our flowers from wholesalers who buy straight from the growers. Flowers can come from South America, Europe, and domestic nurseries in California and Florida.
We pride ourselves on providing the freshest product. In some instances, blooms may be closed, this means they are super fresh and they will open to be the beautiful flower you see in the online pictures.
for example, an Oriental Lilly is a closed tear shaped bloom, which is green, and as each bloom grows at its own speed, most cases they will arrive closed. Give them some time, and they will open up to be the most beautiful blooms you have seen. In the alternative, you may also received opened blooms, this does not mean the flowers are not fresh!
We do not grow our own flowers unfortunately. Most of them are imported from other countries and some are grown in Ontario.
With this being the case, due to the unpredictability of shipping, crops, environment, natural disasters, season etc. the same flower can fluctuate in price per stem. Which then unfortunately, causes our prices to sometimes fluctuate, even in short spans of time.
During "floral holidays" the prices are dictated by supply and demand.
On average, there are hundred of millions of roses sold all over the world on Valentine’s Day. Growers start on their rose crops after Christmas and during these time they need additional labor at all levels of production. Because it is still cold in February costs are higher for heating, transportation and shipping charges. Therefore the cost of all of this goes up, and in turn, our cost to purchase the flowers goes up.
